Our Exhibition Stand Process – From Brief to Build

We believe that a great exhibition stand begins with a great brief that the design and build process should be as stress-free as possible for our clients. Here is how we work.

Step 1: Discovery & Brief
We begin by understanding your objectives. What does success look like for this event? Who is your target audience? What are your space dimensions and budget parameters? What has worked or not worked at previous shows? The more we understand at the outset, the better the outcome.

Step 2: Concept Design
Our design team develops initial concepts based on your brief, brand guidelines, and the specific demands of your event. We present detailed 3D visualisations so you can see precisely how your stand will look before a single component is manufactured.

Step 3: Design Approval & Technical Planning
Once the design concept is approved, we move into detailed technical planning. This includes structural engineering, electrical specification, venue compliance documentation and logistics planning. We handle all venue liaison and paperwork on your behalf.

Step 4: Manufacture & Pre-Build
All components are manufactured at our Coventry facility to the highest quality standards. For larger custom builds, we carry out a full pre-build at our premises before the show, so any issues are identified and resolved in advance of the event.

Step 5: Delivery, Build & Handover
Our experienced build crew manage delivery to the venue, full installation, and a thorough handover to your team before the show opens. We remain contactable throughout the event to provide support should anything be required.

Step 6: Breakdown & Storage
At the close of the event, our team returns to manage stand breakdown and removal. We can also arrange storage of reusable components between events, keeping your investment protected and ready for your next show.
